there will always be a new challenge, a new trial - life isn't easy and despite what you might see and think, no one has an easy route. through each challenge you become a better person. this applies to our lives in so many different aspects and you just have to keep moving forward, enjoy life's little miracles, and continually help others along the way.

sometimes I get so ahead of myself thinking "in a few months this is happening, then this- how fun, our life will be so happy when we get here". then I take a step back and think, sure when we get there it will be a happy time, but the journey til we get there should be filled with just as much joy. especially becoming a new mom, I really want to soak up every moment I have with my baby. sometimes our days seem so repetitious but then all of sudden he can roll, eat his toes, gab all day, and sit up...and when did all of that happen?! we don't have to wait until we are doing something out of the ordinary or wait until we get to that "place" we think will give us happiness. the travel and everyday living should be filled with hundreds of small moments so when we look back on our lives we can see how everyday was filled with pure happiness.

well I can't believe today marks the first day of November. where has the time gone the last few months? I've decided life with a baby goes something like this >> days and nights sometimes seem never-ending, but weeks and months fly right by.

sometimes I get nervous my ideas aren't "right", I absolutely love this quote-- creativity isn't about what's right and wrong. You can't measure it like you would a mathematical problem, I believe creativity extends beyond just logic.

How much happier would we all be if we could do this? So many times I feel myself stressed out over "important" things of the day or week that are not going quite the way I planned.
Take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Look for the good -- it will all be okay.
aint that the truth. I can't tell you how many times I hear people bashing on people/things/ideas they dislike. If they could just refocus that negative energy to what they do like or are passionate about- maybe then they would actually help someone.
